Report an issue with a booking
Booked with an account? Sign in, open the booking, and choose “Report an issue”.
Booked as a guest? Use the “Report an issue” link in your booking confirmation email — it opens a secure report form for your stay.
If you can, message your host first — they can often resolve a booking issue fastest.
